Co-founder and Director of PolicyPoint, Andrew Stein sets the overall direction of the company, including how business, regulatory and compliance needs are resolved in the services PolicyPoint delivers.

Having worked for more than 20 years at the intersection of technology and business, for some of Australia’s leading financial services, professional services, manufacturing and public sector organisations, Andrew has contributed to the success of some of Australia’s highest profile projects.

Andrew has specialist expertise in identifying and ‘unbundling’ the business drivers of a problem. Combining this approach with his consulting strengths and deep knowledge of FSI, public sector and broader business processes, Andrew identified, more than a decade ago, the need for technological support that gives organisations the ability to ensure their vital business processes are actually known by staff, not just ‘known to exist’.

Scott Eade, Director and Chief Technology Officer

Co-founder and Director of PolicyPoint, Scott Eade holds overall responsibility for PolicyPoint’s technical backbone.

He has a deep understanding of the evolving technology landscape; founded on more than two decades’ experience in developing systems and managing IT projects that have helped some of the world’s largest financial services and technology organisations achieve competitive advantage.  One such project was to develop an application to help a Top 5 global accounting firm boost staff compliance with their professional training obligations – from which Scott realised the global need for automatic compliance management support.

He joined forces with Andrew and, in 2003, brought to market the PolicyPoint platform which has subsequently been adopted by a number of Australia’s largest organisations.

Grant Anderson, Sales Director

Grant joined PolicyPoint in 2008 at a critical juncture in Australia’s corporate history: a business environment in which increased scrutiny and more complex compliance obligations creates the need for systems that reduce the administrative burden of compliance.

Grant has a remarkable background that includes helping steer the former KAZ Group, over two decades from start-up to becoming one of Australia’s largest ICT companies. During this time, he developed many of the strategies, processes and innovative solutions that enabled the group to move rapidly from start-up to achieving exponential growth.

Most importantly, Grant worked with the organisation’s sales teams to develop a high performance culture, based around delivering solutions that help customers achieve their business objectives.

Rob Pieiga, GM - Sales & Service Delivery

Rob is the ‘go-to’ guy who helps our customers use PolicyPoint to achieve compliance, performance or other business goals.

Rob has a solid track record in developing and delivering services that solve real business problems. He has more than a decade’s experience in the field.

Before joining PolicyPoint, he was with Link’s superannuation services subsidiary, AAS, as Product Manager – Internet Services, which involved working with clients to ensure that AAS’s services continued evolving in line with customer needs. In an earlier life, he was responsible for a complete re-build of a financial services organisation’s web-based services, as well as ongoing management and promotion of the new services set.

Don Eade, Business Development Manager

Don’s background includes more than 20 years in expositions, where client service is king and compliance is a ‘must’.

Throughout his career, Don has developed innovative systems, both in show techniques and the introduction of computer database analysis and international knowledge transfer (even before the Internet age). He joined the PolicyPoint team at an early stage and has subsequently played an integral role in client development and service, in particular, by championing the client’s perspective in everything we do.
