Former One.Tel chairman John Greaves has been ordered to pay $20 million in compensation and has been banned from managing a corporation for four years. Justice Richard White made the consent orders yesterday morning as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission opened its civil case against joint managing director Jodee Rich and finance director Mark Silbermann in the NSW Supreme Court.
