Companies see stars on governance

Harvey Norman, one of last year's worst performers in an annual corporate governance survey, has received this year's most-improved award, earning three stars out of five, from one star in 2003.

"Whoo-hoo! We're going well - three out of five," said reluctant corporate governance convert and Harvey Norman chairman Gerry Harvey.
