Dob in corporate bullies, Samuel tells small business

The chairman of the competition watchdog, Graeme Samuel, has urged small businesses to dob in large companies who bully or intimidate them over commercial transactions.

Despite the small business community focusing heavily on the proposed changes of the Trade Practices Act, which refer to the misuse of market power (Section 46), Mr Samuel dubbed the unconscionable conduct provisions (Section 51AC) of the act as the "unsung hero of small business".
